Customizing The Sublime Text 2 UI

Everything in Sublime Text 2 seems to be customizable, including just about every aspect of their UI.
For example, look at the UI below, which shows something completely different than the classic, brownish Sublime Text theme.

Ian Hill, who did the work has also posted some notes about changing themes, and documented some of the challenges he's run into. And he's shared his experience trouble shooting.

The only thing that would be nicer would be a complete theme editor, built in Sublime 2. It's possible, but not for me.
