Awesome Screenshots in Chrome
There's a Chrome plugin called Awesome Screenshot that's pretty awesome for taking screenshots of browser pages.
After installing the plugin, go to the page you want to capture, and click the plugin icon. You can choose the whole page, the visible part, or a rectangular area. Once you've captured the page, you get something like this:
You can use the editing tools to annotate your drawing or crop it. Then when you've finished, press Close and get something like this:
Right click the image, choose "Copy Image" then paste into your email or blogger post.
Works just like it should.
